Max Snark™ is a trademark used in commerce in connection with coloring books, activity books, printable artwork, stickers and related goods. The Max Snark name, the Max Snark logo, the Cute Critters from Outer Space series, and the characters and artwork appearing in those books are the property of Max Snark.
Max Snark is a single author and publisher. Books, printables and merchandise sold under the Max Snark name come only from this site, the Max Snark Amazon listings, and the Max Snark shop on Etsy. Nobody else is authorized to publish, sell or advertise books, products or services under the Max Snark name, or under any name confusingly similar to it.
If you have bought or encountered a product using the Max Snark name that did not come from one of the channels listed on this site, please get in touch through the Etsy shop.
All artwork, characters and text on this site and in the books are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced, redistributed or sold. Printable pages bought from the Etsy shop are licensed for personal and classroom use — the license terms on each listing govern what you can do with them.

What gets recommended
The markers, pencils and supplies listed on this site are things worth handing to somebody who is about to sit down and color. Earning a commission on them does not change which ones get listed — but you should know the incentive exists, which is exactly why this page is here.
No prices are shown anywhere on this site. Amazon prices change constantly, and quoting one that has gone stale helps nobody. Click through and Amazon will tell you what it costs today.

Links to Etsy go to the Max Snark shop. Those are not affiliate links — they are the shop itself, and orders placed there are fulfilled by Max Snark and Etsy’s production partners.
If you join Club Max, your email address is stored with the email provider that runs the list and is used to send the free pages, new book announcements and the occasional offer. It is not sold or shared. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Club Max is a grown-ups’ list. Kids are very welcome to read along, but the sign-up has to be done by a parent or grown-up using their own email address. Max Snark does not knowingly collect email addresses from children. If you believe a child has signed up without a grown-up, get in touch through the Etsy shop and the address will be removed.
